Horrible service!! We had him to install our satellite and it took 2 months to get him to come out to get installed. He tried to push sales on us and tell us we have to get his wireless router or it wouldn't work properly. A couple of months later we cancelled our service with the satellite company, just didn't work for us as we have someone that needs to work on a VPN. But same thing it's been over a month and will not return my calls to schedule a date to pick up the equipment; thus delaying my refund from the satellite company.
