Always our go to place in Nanton. Food is always good. Happy little place
Both my husband and I have dietary needs we cannot eat bread or many starchy foods like potatoes. Our waitress made us feel uncomfortable and told us we could not substitute our potatoes for salad. We had to pay more for a ceasar salad (a full ceasar salad) even though we asked for no bun or potatoes. The ceasar salad was revolting. Our burger looked pathetic and lonely on a plate. Three lunches cost us $59. That was with us drinking black coffee. I'm still baffled that you get charged an extra $10 for a side salad without getting credit for having no bun and potatoes. I have attached a picture of my salad. Such a shame, I don't normally ever give negative reviews.
My 3 year old had to use the washroom as we walked by this place so we stopped in. Was informed I had to purchase something first. Wow, seriously? Bought something that I didn't bother eating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Went for a late lunch today, food and service was great! Good sized portions and desserts are tasty. Definitely worth the drive from Calgary or if you're just passing through Nanton.
